It was modern, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, free shuttle close to 24 hour food places for those late night arrivals, good noise control good black out.

For a Marriott I expected at least complimentary breakfast. The hotel was clean.The ac unit made weird loud noises which made it difficult to sleep. And other than me standing at the shuttle pickup at the airport for two hours and it never came ! The front only said sorry but it’s a free service . They took moving off my stay or offered one free breakfast, anything. The rooms are clean, staff was nice , housekeeping was really hospitable. Rooms only have a bathroom mirror not a full body mirror which sucks ! I’ve never seen a room without a full body mirror.

Although the airport is very near, we didn't hear the planes from our room. From the pool, yes! From the room, no! Staff were friendly and the room itself was plain, not artsy, but simple and solid. Loved the wood slider door for the bathroom, and the king bed. Oh, and the airport shuttle too.

Breakfast was very good. The bathroom and large shower were better than expected. Wifi worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, since I arrived well before regular checkin time. They stored my baggage securely, informed me of the local eateries in the area, and were able to check me in fairly early. Getting the shuttle to the airport the next morning was quick and easy and the shuttle driver was very helpful.

Everything! It’s extremely clean, very up to date, and the staff are wonderful. On top of that I had the best night of sleep I have ever had in an “airport hotel.” It’s incredibly quiet! This was my second stay at Four Points and I can promise you that I will stay there every time I need a hotel in Miami.

Check in and out went quickly and seamless. We had an early morning flight so no breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable.

The pool area is very nice and was stocked and cleaned while i was there, around 3pm. Enjoyed Happy Hour as I'm from NC where they don't allow it.

Beautiful hotel, reception is very welcoming and smells lovely. The rooms are clean, modern and I thought the welcome screen on the TV with my name on was a nice touch. Bed was very comfy, free water in the room was a bonus as we arrived late. Shower was brilliant, and a nice temperature.

We arrived later than a family friend. But had done the online check-in. So let her in the room. Then when we came back off the cruise the next week. We were there Early and Yaney helped us store our luggage and got us our rooms as quick as possible. Ivanna was also extremely helpful during our stay.
